Today's BOE publishes a new public employment call, salary agreements affecting various companies and sectors, and changes in the prices of certain tobacco products.
The Official State Gazette, number 168, corresponds to Saturday, July 11, 2026.
89 permanent labor positions called
The Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts calls for 89 permanent labor positions in professional groups M3, M2, and M1.
Of these, 39 are for the general intake and 50 for internal promotion. The distribution is as follows:
* Psychology: 29 positions.
* Social Education: 10 positions.
* Social Work: 19 positions.
* Pathological Anatomy and Cytodiagnosis in Justice: 28 positions.
* Pathological Anatomy and Cytodiagnosis at CIEMAT: three positions.
Within the general intake, six positions are reserved for people with disabilities. In internal promotion, another three are reserved.
How to apply for the positions?
Interested individuals must complete the official form 790 and submit the application obligatorily electronically.
The deadline is 20 business days, counted from the day after the publication of the call in the BOE. The complete bases will be available on the websites of the Ministry of Justice, the General Access Point, and the Public Employment portal of Public Administration.

3.2% salary increase at Nippon Sanso
The BOE publishes the salary agreement for 2026 for Nippon Sanso Spain.
The affected salary components are increased by 3.2% with retroactive effect from January 1, 2026. The agreement also includes an extraordinary bonus of 1,250 euros gross for the signing of the agreement.
The update affects the annual salary and concepts such as night work, holidays, on-call duty, and shift work.
Salary changes in the modern restaurant industry
An increase is also published for workers at Level III of the state agreement for modern restaurant brands.
The agreement guarantees a minimum monthly salary difference of 1.5% compared to Level IV, linked to the interprofessional minimum wage. Companies must pay the back pay generated since January 1, 2026.
The increase is provisional and will be applied as an advance on the future collective agreement for the sector.
New salary tables at Acotral
The bulletin includes the 2026 salary tables for Compañía Logística Acotral and Acotral Distribución Canarias.
The resolution registers and publishes the agreement reached by the company and the workers' representation.
The BOE also includes modifications or agreements corresponding to Telefónica IOT & Big Data Tech, Swiftair, and Agencia de Transportes Robles.
New prices for certain tobacco products
The Commissioner for the Tobacco Market publishes new retail prices for certain products marketed in tobacconists in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
The resolution comes into effect upon its publication. The changes do not imply a general increase for all brands, but only for the products included in the official list.
The Extremaduran Energy Agency is born
The BOE publishes the law creating the Extremaduran Energy Agency, named AGENEX.
The new public business entity will be responsible for actions related to energy transition, efficiency, and project development in Extremadura.
