The communities will have to receive them
When a relocation is resolved, Ceuta will communicate the transfer to the Prosecutor's Office of the destination community, including the status of the file to determine the age.
The receiving community must provide immediate care and an adequate reception.
If it refuses to receive them or delays their reception, the Prosecutor's Office of the destination territory will intervene and demand that a resource be designated to care for them. The Attorney General, Teresa Peramato, has reminded through a decree the obligations established for the autonomous communities in these situations.
