The Salinar road, in the Mallorcan municipality of Andratx, ranks as the most exclusive street in Spain to acquire a home, according to a report released this Thursday by idealista. On this street, an average of 15 million euros is requested for each of its luxurious residential properties.
In second position is the Paseo de los Lagos, located in the well-known urbanization of La Finca, in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid), where the average price is set at 11 million euros per home.
The third place corresponds to the Coto Zagaleta urbanization, in the municipality of Benahavís (Málaga), where owners ask for an average of 10.5 million euros for their properties.
The fourth position falls on another Balearic address, Mossa street, in Palma, where houses reach an average value of 9.8 million euros. Next is the Paseo del Conde de los Gaitanes, in the Madrid urbanization of La Moraleja, with an average price of 8.9 million euros, while the sixth place is again in Palma, on Binicaubell street, where homes are around 7.9 million euros.
In seventh position appears another Málaga street, Osa Menor street, in Marbella, with an average price of 7.85 million euros per home.
The eighth and ninth spots on the list are occupied by two streets in Madrid capital: Serrano street and José Ortega y Gasset street, which share the same average price for their properties, set at 6.95 million euros.
The 'top 10' is completed again in Marbella with the Urbanization Cascada de Camoján, where sellers ask for an average of 6,395,000 euros for each of their homes.
Communities with the most expensive and cheapest streets
Alongside the Balearic Islands, Madrid, and Andalusia, the only communities present in the top ten positions, there are five other autonomous regions where some of their streets exceed an average of one million euros. These are Catalonia, with an average price of 5.98 million euros; the Canary Islands, with 5.95 million euros; the Valencian Community, with 4.2 million euros; Galicia, with 1.98 million euros; and the Basque Country, with 1.79 million euros.
According to the real estate portal, the most affordable community is Castilla-La Mancha, where even the most expensive street has an average price of 335,000 euros. Next are Extremadura, with 475,000 euros, and Asturias, with 490,000 euros as the average on its most exclusive street.
