DWS Investment, the fund manager of Deutsche Bank, has practically reduced its presence in the capital of eDreams to zero, lowering its stake from the previous 3.595% to the current 0.174%, a package valued at around 1,083 euros, according to the records of the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

In detail, the firm has renounced the majority of its voting rights linked to shares of the online travel agency and retains only 196,000 shares, whose total value amounts to 1,083 euros at the current market price.

DWS's position was structured exclusively through direct and indirect voting rights, so it no longer has exposure through additional financial instruments.

The Deutsche Bank manager has been involved in numerous movements in the shareholding of eDreams throughout the year, reaching a control of up to 8.263% of the capital, its highest level since the end of 2025.

Currently, the core of relevant shareholders of the Spanish company is formed by Polus Capital (30.3%), Permira (21.2%), and Bybrook Capital Master Fund (18.3%).

eDreams will present the results of the first quarter of its fiscal year 2027 on September 1, after having closed the previous fiscal year with a record annual profit of 52.2 million euros, driven by the improvement of its forecasts for 'prime' members and the 'cash' Ebitda.

For the fiscal year 2027, the company expects to reach 8.5 million subscribers, with 600,000 net additions, in addition to an adjusted Ebitda, before investments, of 167 million euros.

At the same time, DWS recorded the best first half of its history by achieving a net profit of 501 million euros in the first six months of 2026, representing a 21% increase compared to the same period of the previous year.
