Samsung Electronics Iberia closed 2025 with a net profit of 34.6 million euros in Spain, which implies a decrease of 11.5% compared to the 39.1 million euros achieved in 2024. This is derived from the annual accounts of the Spanish subsidiary of the South Korean technology group, presented in the Mercantile Registry and consulted by Europa Press through Informa.
During the last fiscal year, the company generated 1.786 billion euros in the Spanish market, 1.3% below the 1.809 billion invoiced the previous year, a variation that the company attributes to the cooling of demand across the country.
The decline in revenue translated into a deterioration of the operating result, which fell by 8% to 38.2 million euros in 2025.
In parallel, personnel expenses were reduced to 45.8 million euros, compared to 48.7 million in 2024, representing a cut of 5.9%. Despite this, the workforce increased from 370 employees at the end of 2024 to 392 workers at the end of 2025, which represents a growth of 5.9% in the number of staff.
Regarding the business volume, the company anticipates a favorable evolution thanks to the initiatives it has launched to stimulate demand for the products it markets throughout the current fiscal year.
According to the company, this improvement should be accompanied by "adequate" profitability aligned with the group's internal policies.
