The Sargadelos Group has closed the acquisition of all the real estate, machinery, and goodwill of the firm Burelarte, in an operation whose amount has not been made public.
With this purchase, the industrial warehouses, which total more than 3,000 square meters built, along with the adjacent land, of more than 4,000 square meters, "will be dedicated to the expansion and improvement of the productive capacity of the various companies that make up the business group".
As the company details in an informative note, Sargadelos will integrate "the majority of the current staff" of Burelarte into its production structure.
Likewise, Sargadelos emphasizes that it will try to "keep the Burelarte brand alive, if the labor authority and bureaucracy allow it, for its renowned good work in the field of porcelain stoneware".
