The Iranian Revolutionary Guard announced this Friday a new attack against a data center of the American company Amazon in Bahrain, which it claims to have "destroyed" as retaliation for the bombings carried out by the United States against the country, in which four people have died in the last day.
In a statement broadcast by Iranian state television, the Revolutionary Guard indicated that the Iranian Armed Forces "attacked and destroyed the data center of the American company Amazon in Bahrain, which plays a fundamental role in gathering information for the U.S. military."
So far, neither the company nor the Bahraini authorities have offered any reaction to this attack, which took place shortly after Tehran emphasized that any infrastructure that could be used by U.S. forces to launch attacks against Iranian territory "is a legitimate target."
Last Wednesday, Iranian forces had already struck another Amazon data center in Bahrain, which they described as the "digital eye" of the United States Central Command (CENTCOM) in the country.
