The Plenary of the Congress resumes its activity from 15:00 hours with the debate on the consideration of a bill with measures against illegal occupation promoted by the PP. For its part, the PSOE brings to the Plenary its Organic bill to reform the LOREG with the aim that the island of Formentera (Baleares) comes to have its own electoral constituency, thus giving regulatory development to the recent reform of the Constitution, definitively approved last April 23 in the Senate.
The agenda continues with the non-legislative proposals (PNL):
- From the PSOE related to the public housing stock and the reinforcement of transparency and control mechanisms in the processes of awarding protected housing
- From SUMAR to curb real estate speculation and guarantee access to decent housing.
The Plenary continues with a motion referring to the Government's educational policy presented by Podemos and another from the PP on the Government's housing policies of the Government.
