In the 2025 agricultural campaign, soft wheat and barley were the extensive crops with the highest production volume in Navarra. Soft wheat reached 419,153 tons and barley totaled 325,545 tons. Both registered decreases compared to 2024, of 2.2% in the case of soft wheat and 8.2% in that of barley, according to data released by the Navarra Institute of Statistics.

In the group of horticultural crops, processing tomatoes, with 159,696 tons, and broccoli, with 98,941 tons, led Navarra's production. The broccoli harvest experienced an increase of 18.6% compared to the previous year, while that of processing tomatoes decreased by 16.1%.

Regarding woody crops, 34,476 tons of grapes were harvested for the production of D.O. Navarra wine and 23,453 tons for wine with D.O.C. Rioja. To these figures, 24,345 tons of olive groves for oil are added, which together make up the three most relevant productions within this group. Grapes for D.O. Navarra wine registered a drop of 21.6%, those for D.O.C. Rioja decreased by 27.7%, and the production of olive groves for oil fell by 28.1% compared to 2024.

By geographical areas, Tierra Estella (24.7%) and Navarra Media (22.8%) concentrate the largest part of soft wheat production in the Chartered Community. In the case of barley, the main producing region is Ribera Alta-Aragón (24.7%), followed by Navarra Media (21.5%). Durum wheat production is located almost exclusively in Ribera Baja, which accounts for 96.6% of the total. Regarding processing tomatoes, the two regions with the most weight are Ribera Alta-Aragón, with 55.5%, and Ribera Baja, with 34.7%.

If the major crop groups are analyzed, the main extensive crops, with 1,881,393 tons, represent 74% of all agricultural production in Navarra. Of this volume, 56.6% comes from rain-fed areas and 43.4% from irrigated areas.

In second place are the main horticultural crops, with 543,371 tons, which represent 21.4% of the total production in the community. In third place are the main woody crops, which total 116,867 tons, equivalent to 4.6% of Navarra's production.
