Fluidra has registered its tenth commercial paper program on the Alternative Fixed Income Market (Marf), with a maximum outstanding balance of 300 million euros and valid until July 2, 2027, as detailed in a statement sent this Thursday to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
The company explains that this new program aims to "continue promoting the diversification of the company's financing sources," which provides it with greater flexibility to cover working capital financing needs.
The program authorizes Fluidra to carry out commercial paper issuances with any maturity term between three business days and 730 calendar days from the issuance date.
