The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Houthi-dominated Executive in Yemen has made public this Sunday its congratulations to Iran for the launch of projectiles against northern Israel, underlining that this action marks "the end of the era of Israeli aggression".
In an official note disseminated by the Houthi news agency, Saba, the Ministry proclaimed that "The era of aggression by the Israeli enemy entity has ended. The criminal entity only understands the language of force."
According to the statement, the Iranian attack in retaliation for the Israeli bombing of Beirut demonstrates that "the equation of united fronts is reinforced and undermines the equation of impunity that the Israeli enemy was trying to establish."
The Ministry has also focused on the coordinated action of the so-called Axis of Resistance with Jerusalem "to face any situation," warning Israel of the possible consequences of a new military escalation.
Iran carried out at least three volleys of missiles against the north of Israeli territory this Sunday, which forced the activation of anti-aircraft sirens in nearly 300 points in the country. However, all projectiles were reportedly intercepted without damage.
Tehran considers this attack a "warning" after the Israeli bombing this Sunday on Dahiye, a neighborhood in southern Beirut considered a stronghold of the Lebanese Shiite party-militia Hezbollah.
In parallel, US President Donald Trump has indicated that he plans to call Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to urge him not to respond militarily to the Iranian attack and thus favor a negotiated solution to the conflict. "What I would suggest to Iran is: you have launched your missiles. Enough. Go back to the table and reach an agreement," he stated in an interview with Fox News.
