The president of the Government of Aragón, Jorge Azcón, stated this Friday in the plenary session of the regional Cortes that the head of the central Executive, Pedro Sánchez, has transformed Spain "into the laughingstock of the world" due to his actions in response to the migratory invasion of Ceuta.
"My Government defends the Aragonese, you defend Sánchez and Sánchez defends Morocco," Azcón shot at Alegría, pointing out that "when a Government makes a hybrid war against our country, the president only kneels before Morocco; who knows what they know in Morocco for the Government of Spain to be doing what it is doing with the Ceutíes."
In response to a question from the socialist spokesperson, Pilar Alegría, the regional leader emphasized that his job is "to serve the Aragonese" while, in his opinion, Alegría limits herself to "serving Sánchez," something that "the Aragonese know." He recalled "the look on her face when she ran for elections and got the worst result in the History" of Aragón, a gesture that, he said, "accompanies the leftist deputies," who also achieved the worst figure, predicting that the same will happen in the general elections on November 29.
Azcón continued by stating that "yesterday Pedro Sánchez went on television to laugh, but the Ceutíes laugh little," and accused Sánchez's central Executive of "serving the Government of Morocco, the separatists and pro-terrorists, even the worst sewers of the State or the drug trafficking clans," emphasizing that "who surely does not serve is the UCO, the Civil Guard, and the judges."
The Aragonese president also questioned "where the PSOE's invoices are" and how it is possible that the Civil Guard claims them and the party "has the gall to tell a judge that it cannot find them," something that, he emphasized, would not happen to an ordinary citizen.
To defend his management, Azcón highlighted that next year the health budget will reach 3.1 billion euros, which means an additional 350 million euros, and that teachers' salaries will increase by 7.75 percent, while the Housing department will have 52 million euros.
He added that love does not solve the tensions of the shopping basket or the rising cost of gasoline. "You all start making a declaration of love and dancing at rallies; I am certain that your face will be a poem the day after the general elections."
Critiques of Alegría: a "lame" politician and a sectarian Government
A "LAME" POLITICIAN
Pilar Alegría has questioned Azcón about "who his Government really serves" and has stated that "his interest is not in solving the problems of ordinary Aragonese people," emphasizing his "sectarianism and political incompetence."
The spokesperson for the PSOE has assured that Azcón's "sectarianism" is blocking the citizens of Aragon from receiving state aid intended for communities with tense areas, despite the fact that they "meet the requirements" by dedicating more than 30 percent of their income to mortgage or rent payments.
"What would you be without Sánchez?" Alegría has posed to him, convinced that Azcón wants Sánchez to win the elections on November 29 because, without him, he would be "a lame politician." She pointed out that in three years he has invested more effort in despising and criticizing the Government of Spain than in addressing the problems of the Aragonese.
"I see you not very cheerful, more angry than usual," Alegría continued, reproaching the PP for putting "in question" the electoral system, referring to voting by mail.
In her opinion, if the PP were to reach La Moncloa, they would "privatize and cut pensions, sick leave, the minimum interprofessional wage, and women's rights," and would demand new "sacrifices" from workers and the middle classes, while "those at the top with you can be very calm."
She has also rejected "the insults of the opening act of Vito Quiles' rally" and the videos circulated on the PP's social networks, produced —she indicated— with artificial intelligence: "Maybe they are short on natural intelligence."
Regarding the electoral scenario, Alegría has warned the popular party that "The electoral campaign is going to be long for them, I won't say anything when starting from November 29, this country chooses a progressive Government again." And she concluded that "It is the hatred, their lack of love for Aragon and the Aragonese, that prevents them from taking care of the Aragonese."
