The plenary session of the Parliament of Cantabria will deal this Monday, November 2, with several matters linked to housing in a session in which the opposition groups will question the president about the PSIR figure and the support needed to get next year’s budget through.
According to the Chamber in a statement, the session will begin at 12:00 hours with the Vox motion, with which it aims to find out the work carried out by the multidisciplinary group in charge of updating the 2015 fibromyalgia protocol.
Later, three non-legislative proposals (PNL) will be debated and put to a vote. The PSOE calls for the processing of the title deeds of the replacement plots derived from the land consolidation of Polaciones and Ruente, while the Regionalist Group requests the modification of the decree that regulates the volunteering of Civil Protection.
Vox, on the other hand, will bring to the plenary session a PNL in which it calls for the withdrawal of the Housing Law of Cantabria draft.
Control of the Government and questions to the president
During the session, the Government will answer an interpellation from the PRC on youth policies; the Socialist Group wants to know the steps taken to apply the Science, Technology and Innovation Law of Cantabria; and Vox will formulate a question on "the general policy regarding transparency, auditing of public resources, contracting criteria or agreement of entities in relation to the reception of unaccompanied minors".
As in each first plenary session of the month, the president of the Executive, María José Saénz de Buruaga (PP), will answer the direct questions of the parliamentary groups.
On this occasion, both the PSOE and Vox will focus their questions on the PSIR figure, while the PRC will ask the president about the support needed to guarantee the approval of the regional accounts.
The plenary session will continue with a series of questions from Vox regarding the reservation of places in the Local Police calls for personnel from the Armed Forces.
In addition, this group will be interested in the situation of the Vallegón II industrial estate and in the legal claims filed by administrative assistants of the SCS.
The Socialist Group, for its part, will ask about the status of the project for the new sports facilities in the Tabernilla area, in Ampuero, as well as about the state of preservation of the Agapito Cagiga School Group in Revilla de Camargo.
Likewise, the PSOE will file questions related to the places in the FP vocational training cycles with the highest demand.
