The warning comes after the Emergency Coordination Center has activated the yellow level hydrological pre-emergency of the Special Flood Plan (PEI) in the Carraixet-Calderona area.
The episode of precipitation has already left accumulations exceeding 80 liters per square meter in some points of the metropolitan area. According to the records of Avamet collected this Wednesday night, l'Eliana had accumulated 85 liters per square meter, Torrent 76.2, and Chiva 73.6. More than 60 liters have also been exceeded in Riba-roja de Túria, Llíria, and Paterna.
