The magistrate of the National High Court who is investigating the 'Koldo case', Ismael Moreno, has decided to indict Jéssica Rodríguez, ex-partner of former Minister of Transport José Luis Ábalos, and Joseba García, brother of former ministerial advisor Koldo García, setting their appearance as investigated parties for next July 20.
According to a ruling to which Europa Press has had access, the judge also directs the indictment against former Adif official Ignacio Zaldívar, thus accepting the request made by the Prosecutor's Office within the framework of this case.
