The new Stretch Hood TECHMAX combines safer, ground-level maintenance access, productivity of up to 180 pallets per hour and regenerative energy motors that improve end-of-line efficiency
Innova Group presented this week its new Stretch Hood TechMAX wrapping system, designed to optimize industrial production processes through improvements in energy efficiency and operating capacity. The company, based in Almassora (Castelló), launched this equipment with the aim of facilitating maintenance work and increasing performance in packaging lines.
The new machinery incorporates a system that allows the wrapping carriage to be lowered to ground level. This configuration allows technical staff to access the components and carry out consumable changes without the need to work at height. By simplifying these interventions, the system reduces downtime and technical stoppages in industrial facilities.
In terms of performance, the Stretch Hood TechMAX reaches a capacity of up to 180 pallets per hour. This level of productivity is achieved through an optimization in the film preparation and the control of the wrapping process. In addition, the equipment has a variable-height system that makes it possible to adjust the wrapping travel to the different load dimensions that may be processed on the same line.
In relation to energy consumption, the machine integrates regenerative motors from the LENZE brand. These components make it possible to recover the energy generated during the braking phases and reintegrate it into the electrical grid, preventing its dissipation. According to the technical data provided by Innova, these motors comply with IE3, IE5 and IE6 energy efficiency standards, thus contributing to the reduction of operating costs associated with the packaging process.
Innova Group has more than 25 years of experience as a specialized manufacturer in Stretch Hood technology, accumulating hundreds of installations worldwide. "With the launch of this new range and machine, we seek to respond to the need of industries to modernize their end-of-lines, increasing their productive capacity and adjusting the consumption of material and energy resources", Sergio Llidó, manager of Innova.
