The Catalan businessman José Elías Navarro has reduced his presence in the capital of Grupo Ezentis, going from the 26.068% he previously held to the current 22.850%, according to the information sent to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
The new percentage is divided between 17.835% in voting rights, both direct and indirect, and an additional 5.015% linked to financial instruments, which together represent 183 million voting rights over the company.
Taking as a reference the price at which Ezentis shares were trading around 4:30 PM this Wednesday, "0.064 euros per share," Elías's package reaches an approximate valuation of 11 million euros.
The businessman became the main shareholder of Ezentis at the beginning of 2021, with the intention of reaching 29.9% of the capital. His stake reached 28.571% in mid-2021 and, since then, has been decreasing to the current 22.850%, after a temporary rise to 26.068% in March 2026.
In the session this Wednesday, Ezentis shares rose around 0.63% at 4:30 PM, although they have accumulated a decline of 19.4% so far in 2026 and a decrease of 42.4% in the last twelve months.
