LLYC closed the first half of the year with net losses of 0.6 million euros, compared with the 5.9 million it obtained in profit in the same period of 2025, according to the specialized communication and public affairs consultancy announced this Thursday.

In the first six months of 2026, the company reached total revenue of 53.6 million euros, which represents a decrease of 17.3% compared with the previous year. This setback is attributed to the ongoing operational reorganization and the process of transforming the business toward an integrated Corporate Affairs and Marketing proposition.

According to the data provided by the company, operational revenue stood at 40.1 million euros, 12.5% less than in the first half of 2025.

Recurring earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (Ebitda) fell to 5.3 million euros, which means a drop of 33% on a year-on-year basis.

As of June 30, the firm had already carried out 82.1% of its efficiency plan, valued at 8.8 million euros and financed with own resources. This percentage later rose to 92.07% as of September 30.

The consultancy maintains the goal of fully completing this restructuring before the end of the current fiscal year.

After analyzing the business performance in the first half of the year, the board of directors of LLYC has opted to revise its annual forecasts and now places the range of operational revenue at the close of the fiscal year between 81 and 82.5 million euros.

In parallel, the company projects that recurring Ebitda will rise to 15.5 million euros by the end of 2026, which would imply an increase of 12.3% compared with the previous fiscal year. With these projections, the Ebitda margin would advance from 15.4% recorded in 2025 to a range of between 18.8% and 19.1% this year.

As for the financial situation, as of June 30, 2026 LLYC recorded net financial debt of 36.2 million euros, equivalent to a net debt-to-Ebitda ratio of 3.2 times.

On the corporate level, the board of directors of LLYC has accepted the departure of Hilario Albarracín as independent director and chairman of the Audit Committee, a decision motivated by "the temporary commitment required of him by his other professional and personal obligations".
