The board of directors of Mapfre has decided to distribute an interim dividend based on the results of the 2026 fiscal year of 0.08 euros per share (8 cents) on November 26, according to what it has communicated to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
This amount represents an increase of 14.3% compared to the interim dividend of the previous year. The insurer has detailed that, with this payment, the total remuneration corresponding to 2026 will reach 19 cents per share, which implies an increase of 15.2% compared to the dividend paid in 2025.
The payment will be made in accordance with the current operating procedures of the Iberclear compensation and settlement system, with Banco Santander acting as the agent entity responsible for the payment.
Thus, the last day on which the shares will be traded with the right to receive the dividend will be November 23, so they will start trading "ex dividend" on November 24. The record date to determine the shareholders entitled to payment is set for November 25.
