Renfe continues with its Assistance Plan for Passengers and Family Members of Railway Accident Victims (PAVAF), activated to provide help and support to the people affected by the Urda (Toledo) railway accident and to their loved ones. To this end, it keeps three Family Support Centers (CAF) operating, located in Madrid, Toledo and Sevilla.

As the company has communicated, these centers provide personalized care both to the victims’ family members and to those affected. Renfe teams act in a coordinated manner with the aim of providing a comprehensive and continuous response while the emergency is being managed.

Among the services provided are the processing of insurance and compensation, the organization of transfers and travel, specialized psychological support, personal accompaniment and advice for completing the administrative procedures required by families.

In addition, Renfe keeps a permanent support telephone line operational for family members and those affected, 900 10 10 20, from which information, guidance and support are provided 24 hours a day, centralizing all needs that may arise throughout the management of this emergency.
