SegurCaixa Adeslas has announced the incorporation of Mario Anero, coming from Allianz, as the new director of Multi-risks, Autos, and Deaths. This has been communicated by the insurer, participated by CaixaBank and Mutua, in an official note.

The company has stated that this arrival is part of the recent reconfiguration of its organizational structure, designed to "strengthen its management capacity, boost the execution of its strategy, and face the upcoming challenges of growth and transformation." With this move, Adeslas seeks to bolster key business areas in a context of expansion and changes in the insurance sector.

Until his hiring by SegurCaixa Adeslas, Anero held the position of director of Operations of Claims at Allianz Seguros. In this role, he was responsible for defining and implementing the strategy of the area, increasing the satisfaction of clients and intermediaries, and promoting operational excellence through process optimization, automation, intensive data use, and the incorporation of new technologies.

Previously, he developed more than 14 years of experience at Zurich, where he held various positions of responsibility within the group. Academically, Anero is a Materials engineer from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a technical industrial engineer from the University of the Basque Country, training that supports his technical and management profile in the insurance field.
