The summit brings together key figures from all areas of tourism, such as the hotel business, commercial aviation, cruise shipping, travel technology, tourism distribution, and financing and investment in destinations.

At the international level, senior executives from groups such as Hilton, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Four Seasons, Marriott International, MSC, Trip.com Group, Expedia Group, and American Express Travel are attending, reinforcing the global nature of the meeting.

Under the slogan "Reconfiguring the Future: Shaping the Future of Travel and Tourism," the event will examine the challenges and opportunities facing the sector, with a special focus on the role of technology and artificial intelligence, the evolution of traveler demands, and the impact of geopolitical changes.

The program also includes the analysis of cooperation between public administrations and private companies, as well as issues of investment, innovation, competitiveness, and sustainability, with the aim of fostering resilient growth in tourism and anticipating the transformations that will define the future of the industry.

For Malta, organizing the summit also represents a strategic opportunity to showcase its tourism proposal, connectivity, infrastructure, and attractiveness for investment to some of the main decision-makers in the global tourism sector.
