The new call from Casa 47 allows you to apply from this Saturday for 442 rental homes in Murcia, Galicia, Comunidad Valenciana, Cataluña, Castilla-La Mancha and Asturias. Registration is done through the entity’s portal and will be open until November 26.
The starting price of 350 euros corresponds to certain homes. It is not a common rate: the rent depends on the property and its location, and the individual listing indicates what income the household unit must have in order to be able to access.
Where are the 442 homes and how much do they cost
Murcia and Galicia concentrate almost half of the offer. At the other end, Asturias adds seven homes. Price differences within the same community require consulting the announcement for each floor, in addition to the territorial summary.

What requirements must be met
The general information of Casa 47 places access between 2 and 7.5 times the IPREM and requires not having a home in property. It also establishes conditions for legal residence and suitability of the size of the property for the people who will occupy it.
The entity indicates that the rent must represent between 15% and 30% of the total monthly net income of all cohabiting persons. Therefore, it is not enough to check that a person can afford the monthly payment: the income range accepted for the specific dwelling must be reviewed.
The practical verification must be done before submitting the preferences. An apartment with an attractive price may not fit within the rent limits of a household, and requesting it does not replace compliance with the bases.
How to apply for a Casa 47 apartment
The process begins on the official Casa 47 portal. There, you can consult the profile sheets with photographs, location, features, monthly rent, and access economic conditions.
Before sending the form, it is useful to save the reference number of each chosen dwelling and check that the household composition and the income indicated match the actual situation. It is also advisable to keep the proof document that is generated when submitting.
The bases and the details of the call are available through the portal. The offer of 442 homes is added to the 807 published previously, so you need to verify which call each announcement belongs to and what its deadline is.
What documentation you must prepare
The final list of documents must be consulted in the bases and in the applicable form. To anticipate the application, the household must have located the information with which it can prove its identity, residence, household composition, and income when required.
It is not recommended to use a list of documents from another rental aid as if it were that of Casa 47.
How the draw works
The procedure includes a draw before a notary. A request number is extracted that determines the start of the allocation order, and then the remaining requests are continued in accordance with the mechanism provided.
The assignment is made among the requested dwellings that remain available. After that come the requirements check, the provisional allocation, and the steps prior to signing the contract. Appearing at the draw does not guarantee obtaining a home.
You can apply for a home in another town
House 47 states that it is not necessary to be registered in advance in the municipality where the apartment is located. A person may apply for housing in another town or province, although they will have to make it their usual residence when they sign the contract.
The model provides for an initial duration of fourteen years and extensions subject to the conditions of the program. The announced maximum of 75 years does not mean that all applicants automatically receive an unconditional contract for that period.
