The Councillor for Health, Manuela García, will attend next Tuesday the plenary session of the Parlament to answer about various matters in her department, in a session in which the president of the Govern, Marga Prohens, nor the councillors of Tourism and Agriculture, Jaume Bauzá and Joan Simonet, who will be in London on the occasion of the tourism fair World Travel Market, will participate.
During her appearance, the head of Health must detail the degree of execution of several points of non-legislative proposals relating to the improvement of services for people with ELA in Menorca, as well as to health and psychosocial care for those who suffer from Borderline Personality Disorder.
In addition, García will answer an interpellation from PSIB regarding health waiting lists, in a plenary session that will begin at 10:00 hours with the round of control questions to the members of the Govern.
In that block, the spokespeople of MÉS per Mallorca and Vox, Lluís Apesteguia and Manuela Cañadas, will focus their questions on the regional budgets, while the PSIB spokesperson, Iago Negueruela, will direct his question to the situation of vulnerable groups.
At the same time, the socialists will ask questions about water reserves, democratic memory, the Llull system --the new communication platform of the Conselleria de Educación y Universidades--, the management of emergencies, housing and industrial policy.
Vox, for its part, will question the Executive about the PSOE and Frente Amplio electoral pacts and about the anti-squatting office, while MÉS per Mallorca will raise an interpellation on youth emancipation. The deputy from Formentera will address the care of migrant minors and Més per Menorca will focus on the situation of the 0-3 educators collective.
The agenda also contemplates the debate of a non-legislative proposal by Més per Menorca relating to socio-health infrastructures on the island, as well as another initiative by the PSIB in defense of the public pension system.
The plenary session could open with the oath or promise of a new Vox deputy, after the recent death of María José Verdú.
