The Podemos candidate for the general elections of 29N, Irene Montero, has expressed her deep concern over the serious railway accident that occurred in Tolego, emphasizing that at this moment the "highest priority" is the affected people and their families.
In a message shared on her social media profiles after becoming aware of the accident, she has asked that "Let us make the work of emergency services easier and stay attentive to official information".
After the collision between two high-speed trains at the station of Urda, the Government has begun to cancel the events it had scheduled for this Wednesday, October 28. As a result of the same incident, Frente Amplio has also decided to cancel the activities planned within its pre-campaign.
