The candidate of Junts for Congress in the next general elections, Miriam Nogueras, has set this Saturday as an essential requirement in order to reach any agreement after the elections of November 29: that Catalonia assume the full collection of its taxes and can autonomously decide the destination of those resources.
During the presentation of Junts candidates for the province of Barcelona, held in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona), and in the presence of the mayor, Josep Maria Vallès, and of the top-listed candidate for the Senate for Barcelona, Josep Maria Vila d'Abadal, Nogueras has questioned the current distribution of state investment by saying: "How can it be that the Spanish Government is investing 3 times more per person in Madrid than in Catalonia?"
The number one candidate of Junts for Congress has defended that her party is the only force of "strict Catalan obedience," and has stated that this is "the most Spain-ized campaign" she remembers.
