The Parliament of Andalusia is scheduled to hold this Tuesday, September 1, the constitutive sessions of the permanent legislative commissions of the newly inaugurated XIII autonomous legislature, which began last June after the elections on May 17, 2026.
According to the calendar of the Chamber consulted by Europa Press, on that day 18 commissions will be formed, in a time slot that will extend between 9:50 and 15:20 hours.
The day will start with the constitution of the Rules commission, set for 9:50 hours. From there, and with intervals of 20 minutes between each session, the Control commission of the Public Business Agency of Radio and Television of Andalusia (RTVA) and its subsidiary companies; the Monitoring and Control commission of the financing of the political parties represented in the Parliament of Andalusia; the European Affairs commission and the Statutory Development commission will be set in motion.
From 11:20 hours, the commissions linked to the different ministries will be successively constituted: Presidency, Health and Emergencies; Tourism, Justice, Deregulation and Local Administration; Economy, Finance and European Funds; Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development; Education; Employment, Business and Self-employment; Social Services, Families and Equality; Housing, Youth and Land Planning; University, Industry, Energy and Innovation; Culture, Historical Heritage and Sport; Sustainability and Environment; Promotion and Mobility, and the Artificial Intelligence, Digital Development and Public Administration commission, which will be the last to be constituted, starting at 15:20 hours.
The parliamentary groups had until last Wednesday, August 26, to designate "the members that correspond to them" in each of these commissions.
The following day, Wednesday, September 2, it is expected that the tables of seven legislative commissions will meet to set the agendas for the sessions that will be held the following week, between Tuesday, September 8, and Thursday, September 10.
For September 8, a meeting of the Control commission of the Public Business Agency of Radio and Television of Andalusia (RTVA) and its subsidiary companies has been scheduled. On Wednesday, September 9, sessions of the commissions of Sustainability and Environment, Promotion and Mobility, and Artificial Intelligence, Digital Development and Public Administration will be held.
Finally, on Thursday the 10th, meetings of the Housing, Youth and Land Planning commissions; University, Industry, Energy and Innovation; and Culture, Historical Heritage and Sports have been scheduled.
According to the planning of parliamentary activity for the months of September to December approved by the Board of the Chamber last July, the first ordinary Plenary of the new session period will take place between the 16th and 17th of September.
