The Bureau of the Aragonese Courts has processed a total of 193 documents this Wednesday. Among them, the request for the regional government president, Jorge Azcón, to appear in plenary session on his own initiative stands out, with the purpose of explaining the situation of "the necessary democratic regeneration in the face of the serious cases of political, economic, and moral corruption known in recent weeks".

Likewise, the appearance in plenary session of the Minister of Presidency, Justice and Culture, Mar Vaquero, has been authorized to explain the so-called "indirect rescue plan" for elite sports clubs, as well as that of the Minister of Finance, Interior and Public Administration, Roberto Bermúdez de Castro, with the objective of clarifying the situation of the mixed company La Nueva Romareda after the report of the Court of Accounts and its effects in relation to the relegation of Real Zaragoza, both promoted by the PSOE.

In addition, the governing body has admitted for processing nine interpellations: four directed at the Minister of Health, Ángel Sanz, promoted by PP and PSOE; one to the head of Economy, Competitiveness and Employment, Eva Valle; another to Vaquero and one more to the Minister of Agriculture, Arancha Simón, formulated by the socialist group; and a final one to the Minister of Environment and Tourism, Luis Biendicho, registered by Vox.

The Bureau has also given the green light to the PSOE's proposal to create an investigative commission on the agreements, deliberations, and business plan of the company La Nueva Romareda, as well as on the cost overrun of the new football stadium in Zaragoza. Likewise, it has accepted the processing of a request for an institutional declaration, presented by Chunta Aragonesista, on the occasion of the indefinite strike of the cleaning sector unions for buildings and premises in the province of Zaragoza.

In the same session, three new appearances of ministers in different commissions have been approved, at the request of the PSOE: two directed at the head of the Presidency, to delve into the indirect rescue of elite sports clubs and cultural policy, and another to the head of Finance, focused on La Nueva Romareda.

In parallel, more than twenty requests have been made to other senior officials. Within this framework, the PSOE has requested the appearance of the Director General of Forest Management, the head of Environmental Quality, Ana Oliván, the Director General of Tourism, Jorge Moncada, and the Director General of Sport, Cristina García Torres, among others.

Other appearances and non-legislative proposals

The mixed group has requested the intervention of the Director General of Economic Policy, Ricardo Laborda. For their part, the Minister of Housing, Development, Logistics and Territorial Cohesion, Octavio López, has requested the presence of the Director General of Transport, David Sánchez Fraile, the head of Depopulation, Alberto Casañal, the Director General of Local Administration, Marina Sevilla, the Director General of Housing, María Pía Canals, and the Director General of Roads, Miguel Ángel Arminio.

Two requests for appearances by representatives of social groups, individuals, and spokespersons for legal entities have also been processed, including the 0-3 Aragón Platform, to explain the situation of professionals in the first cycle of early childhood education, and the CCOO Teaching Federation in the Community.

The Board has also examined 47 non-legislative proposals from all parliamentary groups. In this regard, 10 motions from the PP have been qualified, referring, among other matters, to "the institutional condemnation of the former President of the Government of Spain José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero" or "the compliance and financing of the Climate Adaptation Plan in public educational centers".

From the PSOE, 24 initiatives have been promoted relating to issues such as "the sexist behavior of the Director General of Educational Policy" or "delays in international vaccination". Vox has presented six non-legislative proposals on, among other topics, the reinforcement of resources, protection and operability of the Civil Guard against drug trafficking and organized crime. For their part, CHA has registered three motions, seven A-TE and two IU.

Finally, the body has qualified more than 50 questions for oral answer in the Plenary addressed to all ministers, at the initiative of the opposition groups. Similarly, 30 questions for written answer and four written responses to parliamentary initiatives already formulated have been processed. In addition, 15 requests for information and the complaints arising from them have been processed.
