The Courts of Castilla and León have communicated that they will once again illuminate the main facade of their headquarters with the colors of the LGTBI+ flag to celebrate International Pride Day. This revives an institutional gesture that had disappeared in the last four years, a period in which the regional Parliament building stopped being illuminated under the presidency of Vox.
According to the parliamentary institution itself, now headed by Francisco Vázquez (PP), the special lighting will take place next Sunday, June 28.
The front of the regional Parliament will display the characteristic tones of the multicolor flag from 10:00 PM until 12:30 AM that same night.
Aside from this institutional gesture, the parliamentary group of the PSOE has decided to display the multicolor flag in the windows of their offices in the regional Courts, as a show of support for this commemoration.
