The technology company Eticdata has chosen to end, by its own decision, the sale process to Innovative Solutions Ecosystem (formerly known as Service Point Solutions), after more than 18 months of conversations and joint work.
As communicated by Innovative Solutions Ecosystem (ISE) to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), in December 2025 both parties signed a letter of intent for the possible purchase of Eticdata by E-TIC Data Cloud and Services on the part of ISE.
ISE and its main shareholder, Grenadier Holdings, state that they have maintained their support for the transaction under the agreed conditions after more than eighteen months of preparation, a period in which they assure that the operation had progressed "satisfactorily" throughout all the necessary administrative and corporate phases and was ready to be executed.
In light of Eticdata's decision, the board of directors of ISE, along with Grenadier Holdings, will analyze in the coming months the various strategic alternatives that open up for the company, with the aim of protecting and maximizing the interests of all its shareholders.
