The CEO of the Galician renewable energy company Greenalia, Manuel García Pardo, has launched the company FGP Family Office SL in order to centralize the management of his family's wealth.

According to the Official Bulletin of the Mercantile Registry (Borme) from this Monday –reported by 'Economía Digital'–, the new firm starts with a share capital of 2.3 million euros. The company was established at the end of June 2026 and has its registered office in the city of A Coruña, on Oza Avenue.

According to its corporate purpose, this 'family office' will be dedicated to "the administration, management, ownership, enjoyment, conservation, and improvement of the family wealth, consisting of all kinds of assets and rights, whether owned or third-party." More specifically, it will focus its activity on "the acquisition, ownership, administration, and leasing (non-financial)."

García Pardo is the reference shareholder of Greenalia, with 94% of the capital, and also took over the presidency of the company at the end of 2025 after the death of the person who held the position until then, the businessman and economist José María Castellano (A Coruña, 1947-2025).

The founder of Greenalia participates in various bodies and associations linked to the energy sector and has appeared in several editions of the Forbes list of the 100 richest people in Spain.
