The president of Colombia, Gustavo Petro, has once again denounced this Friday that voting records abroad would have been manipulated during the second round of the presidential elections on June 21, and has censured the National Electoral Council (CNE) for refusing to carry out the scrutiny that, in his opinion, corresponds.

Petro has stressed that, without that review, "the counts in Colombia have not ended" and has once again referred to the "investigation" they have carried out and which "shows that half of the fraud is located in the polling stations abroad."

"People who sign as jurors and were already dead are starting to appear," warned the still Colombian head of state in a message disseminated on social networks, to which he attached the image of one of the ballots that, according to him, would have been altered.

Since the first round of the elections, Petro has been pointing out irregularities and possible manipulations, in a process from which the winner, against initial forecasts, was the one who is now the president-elect, Abelardo de la Espriella, less than a month before taking office.
