The authorities of Russia and Ukraine announced this Thursday a new exchange of deceased soldiers at the front that, like on previous occasions, again draws attention due to the difference in the number of remains each side delivers.
In this new operation, Moscow has transferred a total of 261 bodies, compared to the 24 that Kiev has sent, as both parties have officially confirmed.
The exact point where the exchange took place has not been made public, although this type of operation usually takes place on Belarusian territory. Likewise, the process has again involved the participation and supervision of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
