More than 2,000 people on average per month have approached to learn about the Parliament of Andalusia during the first half of 2026 as part of the institution's guided tour program. Between January and June, the autonomous Chamber has received nearly 12,500 visitors interested in touring its facilities.
According to a press release from the Parliament, February is once again the month with the highest attendance thanks to the traditional Open Doors Day and the events of the Day of Andalusia. On the last open doors day for the 28F, more than 3,400 people participated, the best figure of the last editions.
Throughout February, a total of 5,288 people visited the old Hospital de las Cinco Llagas in Seville, the current parliamentary headquarters. In addition, "in round figures," in the first six months of the year, 12,496 visits have been attended, with an average of 2,082 per month.
Within the Visitor Attention Program, the most in-demand modality continues to be organized groups, which account for almost 70% of attendees. In second place is the special open doors program, which represents around 27% of the total visits.
The rest of the modalities include individual visits and the "Open for Holidays" program. Among the groups, those from primary and secondary educational centers stand out, mostly from Andalusia, representing 73% of the total.
To a lesser extent, social groups participate, accounting for 10%, and visits promoted by various Andalusian municipalities, which reach 15%. In the case of students from educational centers, most come from the province of Seville and, in particular, from the capital, with 95 participating educational centers.
After Seville, the provinces with the highest presence of schools and institutes have been Córdoba, with 16 centers, and Huelva, with twelve. The Parliament also considers noteworthy the visits of American students studying in the capital of Seville.
In these six months, a total of 27 social groups —including associations, foundations, NGOs, business groups, and brotherhoods— have also toured the parliamentary headquarters, arriving from almost all Andalusian provinces. For their part, the visits coordinated by the municipalities of Andalusia have gathered about 1,500 people.
Regarding the geographical origin of the group of visitors, the Andalusian municipalities have contributed around 8,800 people, with a special weight from the city of Seville, which adds up to 3,800. Next are the cities of Córdoba, Huelva, and the Sevillian municipality of Dos Hermanas.
In total, people from 95 municipalities of the community have passed through the Parliament of Andalusia. By provinces, 5,300 visitors from 34 municipalities have arrived from Seville; 920 visitors from ten municipalities from Córdoba, and 690 people from nine municipalities from Huelva.
From Málaga, 590 people from ten municipalities have traveled; from Cádiz, 400 visitors from eleven localities; from Granada, 320 from ten municipalities; from Jaén, 260 people from seven municipalities, and from Almería, around a hundred visitors from three municipalities.
In addition to in-person visits, the official website of the Parliament offers an immersive virtual tour of the old Hospital de las Cinco Llagas, which is also the headquarters of the Court of Accounts of Andalusia, with more than 1,500 high-resolution images in 360 degrees.
