The 33 Popular Group councilors have made their asset and activity declarations public, as required by regulations, and have disseminated this data this Thursday, June 11, coinciding with the day Alfonso Fernández Mañueco took office as president of the Junta.

In the case of the president, he holds ownership of two homes in Salamanca, one in exclusive ownership and the other 50 percent, in addition to five percent of a rural property in Segovia. He also declares 168,000 euros in bank accounts and deposits, a mortgage loan close to 194,000 euros, and two vehicles registered in his name.

The president of the Cortes, Francisco Vázquez, reports a balance of 200,000 euros, a pension plan valued at 50,000 euros, a Mercedes Benz registered in 2022, and shares in a home in Segovia and in a rural property in Sotosalbos under joint ownership.

The councilor from Zamora, Isabel Blanco, vice president of the Junta in the last legislature, declares two properties she owns in Zamora and Madrid and a commercial premises in the capital of Zamora, along with a balance of 188,514 euros and a Mercedes Class C 180 purchased in 2009.

The Minister of Economy and Finance and spokesperson, Carlos Fernández Carriedo, declares two homes in Valladolid, one with 83 percent ownership and another with 50 percent, in addition to a parking space and part of an inheritance in Monzón de Campos. He adds a balance of 43,000 euros, 100,000 euros in investment funds, and three automobiles.

The head of Health, Alejandro Vázquez, details bank deposits of 293,436.72 euros, 410 Santander shares for 4,173 euros, and two pension plans of 49,500 and 15,496 euros. He also lists two homes, a property in full ownership in Burgos and a timeshare property in Tudela de Duero; two vehicles, a Renault Austral purchased in 2024 and a Citroën C3 acquired in 2019, in addition to a mortgage loan of 56,276.15 euros.

The Minister of Mobility, José Luis Sanz Merino, declares a balance of 49,743 euros, 105,573 euros in investment funds, and 101 euros in shares, as well as a home and another property in Segovia under timeshare regime and a car acquired in April 2026 which is listed as pending inheritance.

The spokesperson for the Popular Group and Minister of Employment until the constitution of the Cortes in April, Leticia García, declares a home in Zamora, two in Gema (Zamora) and a commercial premises in Morales del Vino. To this she adds almost 20,000 euros in bank accounts, 488 euros in shares, half of a mortgage loan of 133,800 euros and a car.

The second secretary of the Cortes and Minister of Education until April, Rocío Lucas from Soria, includes in her declaration half of a home in Valladolid, half of 92,000 euros in the bank, three cars shared 50 percent and a loan of 25,000 euros also shared.

The prosecutor for Valladolid and first vice-president of the Provincial Council, Víctor Alonso Monge, lists three homes in Valladolid and one in Fombellida in full ownership, in addition to two rustic properties in Cevico and Fombellida under bare ownership. He adds more than 20,000 euros in deposits and more than 100,000 euros in investment funds and shares.

The deputy spokesperson for the Popular Group, Mercedes Cófreces, declares two homes in Palencia and another in Cóbreces (Cantabria), a balance of 140,000 euros and two vehicles, a Volkswagen Passat acquired in 2001 and a Mercedes Benz GLA 180 from May 2023.

The former secretary of the Bureau of the Cortes and deputy spokesperson for the Popular Group, Rosa Esteban, declares income from "Esteban Ayuso Abogados", a home, a commercial premises and a rustic property in Gomecello and another rustic one in Moriscos, in addition to a home and a rustic property in timeshare in Gomecello. She adds a mortgage of 120,000 euros, a balance of 8,620 euros, a mutual fund of 29,700 euros and a 2012 Audi.

The prosecutor David Beltrán, mayor of El Hoyo de Pinares (Ávila), reflects 6,759 euros, a loan of 1,533 euros and a Renault Espace acquired in 2024. José María Eiros from Valladolid, professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the UVA, owns a home in Valladolid and declares a rustic property in timeshare in Mondoñedo (Lugo). He owns a 2012 Lancia Voyager and does not record any balances or mortgages.

Among those who register less wealth are the people from Valladolid Noemí Rojo, with a balance of 1,900.76 euros, a BMW 320 registered in 2017 and a loan of 1,226.98 euros, and Borja del Barrio, who declares income from technical architecture services and industrial property rentals, 6,406.33 euros in accounts, a loan exceeding 49,000 euros and a 2017 Triumph Bonneville T100. It also includes 3,000 euros in company shares, 1,281 euros in credit institutions and 8,148.35 euros in a retirement plan.

María Pardo owns two properties at 50 percent in Valladolid and Madrid, a mortgage of 209,000 euros and almost 15,000 euros in bank accounts. Ángel Porras from Salamanca declares a property in Salamanca and other properties in Linares de Riofrío, 16,000 euros, shares for 935 euros, a mortgage of 229,000 euros, a loan of 21,000 euros and a motorcycle.

María José Álvarez Casáis registers a property in León, 55,000 euros, a Mercedes acquired in 2012 and a Suzuki from 2018, as well as 20 percent of the company Hermanos Álvarez Casáis S.L. Elena Bollo de Miguel, also from León, declares a property in the capital of León and two other properties in Priego (Cuenca), a balance of 15,668.96 euros, 223 euros in shares, a personal loan of 4,032.25 euros and two vehicles, a 2019 Mercedes 500 S and a 2025 BMW 120.

Marta Pilar Arroyo Ortega from Burgos owns a property in Burgos and three additional properties, two in Burgos and one in Madrid, all owned outright, as well as a vehicle of unspecified make bought in 2008. Her declaration includes a balance of 186,807.54 euros and a mortgage loan of 74,325.61 euros.

José Luis Barrigón, a procurator from Zamora and administrator of a family business, declares 50 percent of a property and a parking space in Benavente, as well as shares and deposits totaling 70,000 euros, a balance of 113,000 euros and a BMW whose acquisition date is not specified.

María Belén Vélez Puente reflects 29,656.78 euros, funds in Renta 4 for 22,873.02 euros and two accounts at Banco Santander with 15,000 and 5,901.94 euros. She owns a property in full ownership in Miranda de Ebro, a Hyundai i-10 and life insurance policies for 50,000 and 9,600 euros.

Carmen Sánchez Bellota declares two homes and another property in Santa Marta de Tormes and in the province of Salamanca, in addition to a Mercedes 320-C and a Burgman-400. Elena Rincón Iglesias collects 30,000 euros, a home in Palazuelos de Eresma, a mortgage, and a vehicle, while Cristina Sanchidrián Blázquez declares 96,000 euros in deposits, 25,000 euros in savings, a pension plan of 20,000 euros, a Mercedes C220, and mortgage loans for 350,000 euros, along with shared ownership of three homes in Ávila and one in Madrid.

Ana Reyes San Millán includes deposits of 89,447.81 euros, shares for 4,408.81 euros, and real estate assets in Herrera de Pisuerga. Paloma Vallejo, linked to a family business in renewable energy and agricultural activity, declares 4,000 euros in deposits, an Audi Q3, a home in Valladolid, and rural properties in Valoria la Buena, Cigüñuela, and Wamba. María del Carmen Santillana registers funds of 6,189.63 euros, 14,161.05 euros in a PIAS product, and an Audi A3 Sedan.
