Onda Cero has decided to renew its morning programming structure with a profound reorganization of its main information and entertainment space, which will be divided between journalists Rafa Latorre and Carlos Alsina starting next season.
According to sources close to the network confirmed to El Español, the Atresmedia group's station is betting on a dual model in which Latorre will assume the first-hour information segment, while Alsina will lead the second part of the program, focused on the magazine format.
A new model for mornings
The decision represents a restructuring of the network's historic morning slot, which until now had been continuously hosted by Alsina at the helm of Más de uno.
With the new scheme, the station seeks to more clearly differentiate the strictly informative block of the first hour from the subsequent analysis, interview, and entertainment space.
