The Popular Party once again won the elections in Andalusia and consolidated itself as the first political force in the eight provinces of the community, although it lost the absolute majority achieved in 2022. The party led by Juanma Moreno obtained 53 seats in the Andalusian Parliament, five fewer than in the previous legislature and two short of the 55 needed to govern alone.

Despite this parliamentary setback, the PP maintained a clearly dominant position in the Andalusian electoral map. The popular party retained its territorial strength, although the new distribution of seats resulted in losses in several provinces compared to the previous regional election, now forcing Moreno to seek support for investiture and the legislature.

The provincial distribution for the PP was six deputies for Almería, seven for Cádiz, six for Córdoba, six for Granada, five for Huelva, six for Jaén, nine for Málaga, and eight for Seville.
