IAG7 Viajes organized in A Coruña, at the Hotel Meliá María Pita, the first edition of IAG7 Corporate Network, an event that, according to a press release, focused on the analysis of the future of corporate mobility in Galicia.
At the opening of the meeting, the commercial director for Galicia of the company, José Luis Sánchez, highlighted the relevance of sharing knowledge and promoting joint solutions in an increasingly changing and demanding business context.
The first block of the program focused on air transport. Participating specialists emphasized how sustainability has become a fully integrated criterion in purchasing processes and business travel management, while also noting the notable increase in demand for verifiable data on carbon footprint.
Ground mobility constituted another of the pillars of the day. Speakers presented their perspective on the transition towards more integrated and efficient mobility schemes. Focusing on the Galician reality, they warned about the effect of seasonality on fleet availability and pointed to new alternatives such as flexible rental.
The technological dimension also had a prominent place, with the intervention of Alberto Ahullana, Enterprise Account Executive at Emburse Captio, who explained how digitalization is redefining the management of corporate travel. The sustainability block closed the program with a panel moderated by Antonio Álvarez, senior professional in corporate sustainability.
