Navantia has kept open since July on its Employment Portal 131 positions aimed at engineers, graduates, and other higher technical profiles, with the objective of strengthening its teams in all its areas of activity, in line with the increase in the company's work and the demands arising from the execution of its programs.
Until September 15, applications can be submitted for 46 positions in the Bay of Cádiz (31 in San Fernando, 11 in Puerto Real, and 4 in Cádiz), 12 in Cartagena (Region of Murcia), 51 in the Ría de Ferrol (A Coruña), and 22 in Madrid.
This Tuesday, 46 new positions for the centers in the Bay of Cádiz have been added to the website, aimed at people with engineering degrees and profiles related to economic management. Since 2019, Navantia's centers in this area have added 1,166 new hires to their workforce.
In Cartagena, 12 vacancies are offered mainly focused on technological and industrial profiles linked to the Submarine Business. The call includes specialists in industrial cybersecurity, digital security, Cloud and DevOps, data architecture, intelligent logistics systems, materials, control and simulation, program management, production, and technologies related to hydrogen.
Additionally, a position in Occupational Medicine and scientific positions in areas such as mathematics and physics are included. Since 2019, this center has incorporated more than 500 professionals.
In the Ría de Ferrol, Navantia offers 51 vacancies for higher graduates with at least four years of experience. These positions are mainly oriented towards the businesses of Frigates and Intervention Ships, Repairs, and Systems. Since 2019, the centers in the ría have added more than 900 new hires.
In Madrid, the selection process encompasses 15 junior positions and 7 senior positions, in fields such as naval, industrial, electrical, electronic, mechanical, computer science, or telecommunications engineering. Positions related to economic and business management, as well as other university degrees, are also included. Since 2019, the Madrid center has incorporated 225 people.
"These hires will contribute to strengthening key capabilities for the design, construction, integration, and maintenance of high-complexity naval systems, as well as for the development of the company's current and future programs," Navantia has explained.
