The Swiss bank UBS has increased its presence in Indra's capital and now exceeds the 3% threshold, compared to the 2.8% previously registered, according to the latest filings with the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) consulted by Europa Press.

Currently, UBS's position reaches 3.035% of Indra's capital, divided between voting rights directly associated with shares, representing 0.763%, and voting rights linked to financial instruments, which account for the remaining 2.272%.

With this reinforcement, UBS controls 5.3 million shares of the Spanish technology company. At market closing prices last Friday, when Indra's shares ended the session at 46.92 euros, this shareholding package is valued at around 250 million euros.

The Swiss bank's stake in Indra has shown variations in recent months, from the 3.171% recorded at the beginning of 2026 to the 3.035% now reported. Despite the recent increase, the current level remains far from the maximum it reached in 2025, when it held 8.214% of the company's capital.

So far in 2026, Indra's shares have registered an accumulated drop of 3.34%, although in the year-on-year comparison they maintain a significant revaluation of 41.63%.

This adjustment in UBS's stake occurs in parallel to information about talks between Indra and Santa Bárbara Sistemas, controlled by the European subsidiary of General Dynamics, to negotiate the establishment of a joint venture with the aim of competing for land defense contracts.
