The leader of the Popular Party, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, has maintained that the current Executive accumulates "records" in corruption, debt, and taxes and that all of them "have passed through the same ministry, all have passed through María Jesús Montero".

Feijóo expressed himself in these terms this Sunday during the closing of the PP of Andalusia's Intermunicipal in Córdoba, where he reiterated that "the levels of corruption" of Sánchez's Government are "unbearable".

"The feeling of impunity is unbearable. The cynicism of having to put up with him pointing fingers at others is unbearable. We are seeing it, scandal by scandal, ministry by ministry, minister by minister," stated Feijóo, who supported the president of the Junta de Andalucía and candidate for re-election on May 17, Juanma Moreno, at the closing of the Intermodal.

In his speech, he added that "Sánchez's recipes are cooked very well by Montero" and that "the problem is that there is no one who can digest them. And that is the menu they want for Andalusia", in addition to remarking that the former vice president of the Government and former Minister of Finance "maintains her seat in Madrid" because the PSOE "knows what can happen".

"She said very upset that she was coming here to Andalusia, that it was a little less than a favor she was doing you by presenting herself to the Junta. Well, the Andalusians will return the favor at the polls and will send her back to Madrid. Do her that favor, she's dying for it," the president of the 'popular' party has stressed.

Criticism for the absence of budgets and the "revenue-raising vindictiveness"

The president of the PP has also railed against the lack of new budgets by the central government, "something that has never happened in 47 years of history," and has defended that "where there is more PP there is more stability, there is more government, not a minute is lost and there are budgets."

"That when the budgets are not presented, when there are no accounts, when there is no direction, when there is no parliamentary majority, one is governing by improvisation. And that is not good. It is not good for Andalusia, of course, but it is not good for Spain either," Feijóo reiterated.

In the same way, he has denounced the "revenue-raising vindictiveness" and has considered that "in Spain today, effort is penalized, those who work are punished, those who take risks are squeezed," reproaching the Executive that "it does not raise taxes to improve the country," but rather to "cover the shortcomings of its parliamentary minorities."

On this line, he has specified that "things don't have to be done this way" and that it is "perfectly compatible to have services that work and pay less taxes". "They say it's not possible. Well, I say, come to Andalusia. In Andalusia you pay less and receive more," he concluded.
