The parliamentarian and secretary of EH Bildu for the Normalization of Euskera, Josu Aztiria, has described as "good news" the decision of the Constitutional Court to reject the admission for processing of the question of unconstitutionality raised against the Basque Public Employment Law, although he has warned that "the offensive against Euskera has not ceased".
Aztiria thus valued the Constitutional Court's resolution not to admit the question of unconstitutionality raised by the Superior Court of Justice of the Basque Country on the regional regulations that set the linguistic profiles in the Administration.
In this regard, he stressed that "it is very good news for those of us who defend the reflective equality of Euskera and for those of us who want to advance in the normalization of our language".
Despite this, he insisted that "the offensive against Euskera has not ceased" and remarked that from EH Bildu they will continue working "to provide our national language with a new status".
