The Committee on Petitions of the Assembly of Extremadura has registered a total of five documents corresponding to the 2025 fiscal year, of which only one has been accepted by the Chamber's Board and is currently in the processing phase.
Consequently, the Chamber's Board has rejected four of the applications submitted in this period. In one of these cases, the interested party filed an appeal for reconsideration against the inadmission agreement, which has finally been dismissed.
Likewise, all the petitions analyzed in this time interval originate from Extremadura, as detailed in the report on the applications reviewed by the Committee on Petitions of the Extremaduran Chamber relating to 2025, a document that the committee itself has sent to the plenary session of the Assembly for its knowledge.
According to said report, which was read this Thursday in the plenary session of the regional Parliament by the First Secretary of the Board, Beatriz Muñoz, the matters raised by the petitioners, both in the admitted and rejected petitions, cover diverse issues related to the regional administration and various local administrations.
