The Council of Ministers has approved this Tuesday the 2026 Annual Regulatory Plan, a planning instrument where the Government details, in advance, the laws and regulations it plans to approve during the year.
The Minister of Justice, the Presidency and Relations with the Courts, in charge of managing the coordination of the document, Félix Bolaños, specified after the press conference following the meeting that the legislative calendar for 2026 contemplates 179 proposals: 10 organic law projects, 38 ordinary laws and 131 royal decrees.
