The Autonomous Body Management of Infrastructure and Equipment of State Security (GIESE), dependent on the Ministry of the Interior, has launched an upward public auction of three state-owned properties for a global amount exceeding 1.7 million euros.
According to the Official State Gazette (BOE) this Tuesday, the properties put up for auction are two old Civil Guard barracks and a former Police station.
The first property is the old Civil Guard barracks in Cacín (Granada), located at Plaza Cuartel, 6, which is offered in a second auction for 86,485.50 euros and requires a guarantee of 4,804.75 euros.
The second is the old Civil Guard barracks in Linares (Jaén), located at Tetuán street, 45, with a bidding price of 1,175,557.47 euros in a third auction and 1,116,779.60 euros in a fourth auction, and a guarantee set at 66,528.44 euros.
The third property corresponds to the old Police Station of Calatayud (Zaragoza), at Coral Bilbilitana street, 8, which has a bidding price of 495,508.60 euros in a third auction and requires a guarantee of 27,452 euros.
Proposals can be registered until 2:00 PM on September 1st at the General Registry of the Ministry of the Interior, in Madrid, or in any of the registries contemplated in Law 39/2015 on the Common Administrative Procedure, and in the latter case, a stamped copy must be sent to GIESE by email.
The bidding will take place at 10:00 AM on September 15th at the GIESE headquarters, located at Evaristo San Miguel street, number 8, in Madrid.
