The BOE of today does not include major laws or royal decrees of broad impact, but does include several resolutions with practical effects for administrations, social entities, and citizens. The main novelty is the distribution of subsidies intended to finance the recovery of municipal infrastructures and provincial and insular roads damaged by wildfires and other civil protection emergencies recorded in 2025.
The edition of this Tuesday also incorporates a new call for aid for employment and training programs aimed at young foreigners, updates the catalog of energy efficiency actions, expands specialized classrooms for students with special educational needs in Ceuta, and publishes new calls for public employment in different administrations.
The Government distributes aid for municipalities affected by wildfires and other emergencies
The main provision of the day corresponds to the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory. The BOE publishes the resolution by which the subsidies intended to finance the recovery of damages to municipal infrastructures and the provincial and insular road network of the territories declared as Severely Affected Area by a Civil Protection Emergency after the wildfires and other phenomena that occurred between June 23 and August 25, 2025, are assigned.
These aids will allow for the financing of repair actions on roads, streets, municipal facilities, and other public services damaged by those emergencies, culminating the process of fund distribution approved by the Council of Ministers.
New subsidies for employment programs aimed at young foreigners
Another of the most notable novelties appears in the announcements section of the BOE. The State Public Employment Service (SEPE) calls for subsidies intended to finance experiential employment and training programs TándEM, aimed at young foreign people whose guardianship and custody is or has been assumed by public administrations. The aids may be requested by non-profit entities that develop this type of programs.
The call aims to facilitate the training and labor insertion of these young people through projects that combine learning and paid work.
The catalog of energy efficiency measures is updated
The Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge partially modifies the catalog of standardized energy efficiency measures.
The resolution updates the annex of the order that regulates energy savings certificates, incorporating changes in the actions that can generate this type of certificates within the national energy efficiency system.
This update mainly affects companies and entities that participate in the energy savings certificate market and develop actions aimed at reducing energy consumption.
Ceuta will have more classrooms for students with special educational needs
The Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports expands the number of Specialized Open Classrooms in centers supported with public funds in the autonomous city of Ceuta.
The measure seeks to reinforce the educational attention of students with special educational needs through the creation of new specific resources within the educational system.
New public employment calls
The BOE also incorporates new resolutions related to access to public employment.
Among them, the appointment of new officials from the bodies of Technical Forest Engineers, Technical Survey Engineers, and railway specialists stands out, as well as various calls to fill positions in municipalities throughout Spain and selective processes in the Administration of Justice and the Armed Forces.
Appointments of Justice officials in Andalusia and several modifications of selective processes in Catalonia and the Ministry of Transport are also published.
