The spokesperson for Vox in the Parlament, Joan Garriga, has applauded the ruling of the Consell de Garanties Estatutàries (CGE), which according to him "dismantles" the bill that aimed to restrict speculative housing purchases.
In a message published this Tuesday on the social network 'X' and reported by Europa Press, he pointed out that "The interventionism of the left clashes again with the law," and has denounced that, in his opinion, the legislative initiative represents an attack on private property, on business freedom, and on the right to inheritance.
Garriga has reiterated that, against this regulation, "the solution is to build more, eliminate obstacles, zero taxes on the habitual housing of Spaniards and social housing with national priority."
