Atresmedia has closed the first half of 2026 with net revenues of 520 million euros, which represents an advance of 2.6% compared to the same period of the previous year, and a Gross Operating Result (EBITDA) of 87.1 million euros, 2.1 million more than in 2025, according to the group’s communication to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
The result of the fiscal year is 7.4 million below that recorded a year earlier due, above all, to the fact that in 2025 late payment interest on the loan against the AEAT derived from the favorable ruling of the National Court for the Company in the litigation for the compensation of negative taxable bases was accounted for.
Without taking this effect into account and the impact of the extraordinary items from participations, the net profit after taxes would have been slightly above that obtained in the first half of 2025, as specified by the Group.
The aggregate advertising investment, which includes all media, increases by 3.9% compared to the first six months of 2025.
The net financial position of Atresmedia remains positive, with 70.2 million euros, which implies an improvement of 12.1 million compared to December 2025.
In June, the company distributed an extraordinary dividend charged to freely available reserves of 0.21 euros gross per share, for a total amount of 47.3 million euros.
The Audiovisual business registers net revenues of 481.2 million euros compared to 468.8 million in 2025, representing a growth of 2.7%.
In this segment, net advertising revenues in Audiovisual Content reach 386.2 million euros.
These amounts include all commercial revenues derived from the sale of spaces in the media in which the Group operates (linear TV, connected TV, atresplayer, digital channels, influencer marketing, own websites, and third-party editorial media), as detailed by the company.
For its part, revenues from content production and distribution, which mainly include international sales, B2C and B2B revenues from the SVOD platform atresplayer and the film business, total 53.2 million euros compared to 51.8 million the previous year, a rise of 2.8%.
SUBSCRIBERS OF ATRESPLAYER PREMIUM
Atresplayer premium already surpasses 760,000 subscribers while the films of Atresmedia Cine in exploitation during the period represent 61% of the box office revenue of Spanish cinema.
"Torrente, presidente" leads the overall box office ranking in Spain, both of national cinema and foreign productions, and is the highest-grossing film of the Torrente Saga and the fourth highest-grossing Spanish film in history.
In the international arena, Atresmedia's channels total 59 million subscribers, growing 11% compared to the first half of the previous year, the Group points out.
The other revenues, mainly from events, licenses, editorial rights, and sales from the travel platform Waynabox, reach 42 million euros, representing an increase of 62.4% compared to the 25.9 million obtained in 2025.
This growth is mainly due to the incorporation of the company Last Lap within the Group's events area, according to the company.
Regarding the Radio business, it has indicated that it reaches net revenues of 43.7 million euros in the first half of 2026, compared to the 42.9 million euros obtained in the same period of the previous year, which represents a growth of 1.8%.

PERSPECTIVES
Looking ahead to the entirety of 2026, the Group maintains "a cautious outlook, although more optimistic than at the beginning of the year" considering that the improvement in the macroeconomic environment and the advertising market is driving greater confidence among advertisers, while investment in Audiovisual shows a more favorable evolution, supported by the stabilization of television consumption, the celebration of major sporting events, and the dynamism of sectors with higher advertising investment.
Likewise, positive growth is expected in Radio and Outdoor Advertising.
In this context, Atresmedia expects to maintain stable or slightly growing revenues in constant perimeter.
Additionally, it notes that it will have the positive impact of Last Lap's contribution for the full year and of Clear Channel Spain, whose acquisition has been authorized this same week in the first phase by the CNMC.
Thus, it highlights that this operation constitutes a "strategic milestone" that reinforces the Group's diversification and its positioning in the outdoor advertising market, a segment "with high growth prospects and value creation potential driven by digitalization."
The Group maintains an EBITDA margin target in the range of 15% and a solid and flexible financial structure, with a positive financial position of approximately 90 million euros (financial debt of 25 million euros considering the closing of the Clear Channel purchase), compatible with its growth objectives, as specified.
In terms of shareholder remuneration, after the dividend payment made in June, the eventual dividend for 2026 will be decided at the end of the year, maintaining the balance between growth, corporate development, and shareholder remuneration.
With this, Atresmedia advances that it faces the second half of 2026 reinforcing the execution of its Strategic Plan and its commitment to the creation of sustainable and profitable value.
