Digi Spain Telecom, the Digi Group's Spanish subsidiary, will begin trading on the Spanish market on July 16. The company has set the price of its initial public offering of subscription and sale (OPVS) at 5.60 euros per share, which represents a stock market capitalization of close to 1,662 million euros once the capital increase is executed.

The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) gave the green light this Thursday to the prospectus corresponding to the public offering of sale (OPV) and the public offering of subscription (OPS) of Digi Spain Telecom shares.

In this framework, the Spanish subsidiary of the Romanian telecommunications group will request the admission to trading of its shares on the Spanish stock exchanges for trading through the Spanish Stock Exchange Interconnection System (AQS or Continuous Market). With this operation, it expects to mobilize up to a maximum of 330 million euros by placing almost 60 million shares.

The company estimates that its shares, including the shares subject to the offer, will be admitted around July 15, 2026, and will effectively begin trading through the AQS approximately on July 16, under the code "DIGIS".

Likewise, it is contemplated that the shares included in the offer will be settled through the accounting records of the Sociedad de Gestión de los Sistemas de Registro, Compensación y Liquidación de Valores, S.A. (Iberclear) and its participating entities, against payment, around July 17, 2026.
