Grupo Barceló closed the 2025 fiscal year with a net profit of 313.4 million euros, representing a 4% increase compared to the previous year. This result was accompanied by a new historical record in turnover, which reached 7,867.5 million euros, also up 4%, according to its latest management report.

The tourism group also obtained a gross operating profit (Ebitda) of 676.7 million euros, a year-on-year increase of 2%. The company maintained a solid financial position, with a negative net financial debt of 184.2 million euros.

In its hotel operations, Barceló Hotel Group consolidated its presence in strategic markets such as Mexico through the acquisition of the hotels "Barceló México Santa Fe" and "Barceló Monterrey Valle," while continuing its expansion into new destinations, including Bahrain and France.

In this scenario, the occupancy rate remained practically unchanged, standing at 76.1%, after an increase of just 0.4 percentage points. In contrast, the average daily rate (ADR) increased by 6%, to 113.7 euros, while revenue per available room (RevPar) rose by 6.3%, to 86.5 euros.

Looking ahead to 2026, the hotel company plans to allocate approximately 350 million euros to the purchase, renovation, and repositioning of hotel assets considered key to its strategy.

Regarding Ávoris, its travel division concluded 2025 with a network of 1,645 points of sale, a portfolio of over 35 commercial brands, and a total of 6.3 million travelers served.

The past fiscal year was also marked by advances in generational succession within the group, with the appointment of Marta Barceló Fontirroig as president of "Crestline Hotels & Resorts" and Antonio Tovar Barceló as CEO for Latin America of "Barceló Hotel Group," with both joining the Management Committee.

Likewise, the Barceló board accepted the resignation of "Simón Barceló Tous," who will continue to serve as co-president alongside "Simón Pedro Barceló," who was also appointed CEO of Barceló by the body.

In the area of sustainability, 88% of the group's suppliers were of national origin and 44% of the purchase volume corresponded to KM0 products during 2026.

Furthermore, "Barceló Hotel Group" allocated more than seven million euros to donations to foundations and associations, and exceeded three million euros in social investment channeled through the "Fundación Barceló."
